Great Hospitality, Clean Rooms and Delicious Food
During my recent business trip, I stayed at a hotel in Jaisalmer. The hospitality was amazing as the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. The rooms were immaculate with spotless linens and clean bathrooms. I particularly liked the delicious food offered in the restaurant. Their local cuisine was exceptional, and the variety of dishes offered was impressive.
The location of the hotel was somewhat isolated, making it difficult to find and a bit inconvenient to access the nearby attractions. I also experienced slow Wi-Fi, which was hard to connect to at times.

The hotel is strategically situated near top tourist spots, making it a perfect base to explore the city. Its location is very close to the Fort, and it offers an amazing view from the terrace, roof top restaurant. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.
The hotel lacks Wi, Fi coverage in the rooms, but it's available in common areas.

The hotel had a convenient location, only a short distance from the main attractions. the staff members were friendly and provided excellent customer service, offering assistance with transportation and recommendations for local activities. the room was well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable bedding and ample storage space.
The water supply was unreliable, with limited hot water available and the toilet flushing system was connected to it, causing inconvenience and discomfort. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as Wi-Fi in the rooms and the rooftop restaurant was subpar, with poor service and cleanliness.

The location was excellent! It was very convenient for visiting the top tourist spots and the hotel had a nice terrace-roof top restaurant. Also, the staff was very helpful and the cleanliness was noticeable.
